Halil Ceylan, InTrans faculty affiliate in the Department of Civil, Construction, and Environmental Engineering and director of the Program for Sustainable Pavement Engineering and Research at InTrans, and other ISU faculty are developing pavement technologies to clear snow and ice from runways.
