PM-9: Traveler Perception of Privacy

Description: This performance measure refers to a Traveler’s opinion on using the Health Connector service and how their location-specific data are handled by the system in terms of privacy.

Targets:

  1. Less than 10% of survey respondents indicate that they have not used Health Connector due to concerns about sharing personal information
  2. 90% of survey respondents indicate they’re “not concerned” about Health Connector using their location data

Update frequency: Biannual
