PM-8: Reliability of the System in Assisting with Non-Vehicle Component of a Complete Trip

Description: This measures if Travelers are requesting wayfinding direction and following it to successfully reach their destination before and after their vehicle component of the complete trip.

Targets:

• 10% or less of Traveler ratings noted pickup location was very difficult to find
• 10% or less of Traveler ratings noted destination was very difficult to find
