PM-8: Reliability of the System in Assisting with Non-Vehicle Component of a Complete Trip

Description: This performance measure refers to Travelers’ awareness of and ability to use direction-finding/wayfinding options before and after the vehicle component of their trip.

Targets:

  1. 80% or more of survey respondents indicate that they are aware of the direction-finding option through Health Connector
  2.  Less than 20% of survey respondents indicate that they found the direction-finding option very difficult to use

Data source: In-app survey

Update frequency: Monthly, with graph showing average
