PM-6: On-Board Travel Time Prediction Accuracy

Description: This performance measure refers to the capability of the system to accurately predict the on-board travel time at the time of scheduling.

Target:

  • Actual trip duration is within 10 minutes of estimated trip duration 90% of the time

Data source: VOC data and in-app survey

Update frequency: Monthly, with graph showing average
