PM-5: On-Time Performance

Description: This performance measure refers to the capability of the system to be on time for pickup events.

Target:

  • Vehicle arrives within 10 minutes of last planned pick-up time 90% of the time

Data source: VOC data and in-app survey

Update frequency: Monthly, with graph showing average

Graphic showing as a bar chart the percent of travelers picked up within the indicated time for February, March, and April 2026, with the chart indicating 100% were picked up within 10 minutes for all three months; additional text notes 43 trips were completed in April where a pick-up time was requested with an 6.8 minute average difference between the offered and actual pick-up
