PM-4: ETA Prediction Accuracy

Description: This performance measure refers to the capability of the system to calculate estimated time of arrival (ETA) accurately and reliably for all trips.

Target:

  • Driver arrives within 10 minutes of offered pick-up window 90% of the time

Data source: VOC data

Update frequency: Monthly, with graph showing average
