PM-11: System Ability to Meet Accessibility Needs of Travelers

Description: This performance measure refers to Traveler input on the system’s ability to accommodate their personal needs and preferences (e.g., limited English proficiency, disabilities, access to transportation in rural areas) with capabilities provided. This is a qualitative measure and is calculated based on survey input.

Targets:

  1. 90% of survey respondents had no difficulty using the Health Connector
  2. 90% of survey respondents have not been denied a trip due to accessibility barriers

Data source: Traveler survey

Update frequency: Biannual
