PM-1: Ability to Dynamically Reassign Vehicles to Address Service Disruption
Description: This performance measure refers to the capability of the system to dynamically reassign a healthcare trip to an alternative vehicle in the event that the originally scheduled trip was disrupted due to vehicle/driver issue so that a Traveler is not left stranded or is not delayed for an appointment.
Target:
- Traveler is picked up by a replacement vehicle within 10 minutes of delay 95% of time when trip is reassigned.
Data source: Trip-level data collected through app
Update frequency: Monthly, with graph showing average
