In this interactive webinar, participants will discuss the age-old saying, “but that’s the way we’ve always done it” and the dangers of saying “if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it!” During our time, we will explore the meaning of “broken,” the risks associated with thinking the way things have always been done is the way it will always be, and explore ideas to shift the mindset into a more curious-focused approach to modernizing and improving problem-solving to meet today’s demands and tomorrow’s opportunities.
