We are all working in a world where good employees are hard to come by. This webinar will look a little at the data of employee retention in public works and strategies to improve retention in your department.
Speaker Bio
Megan Patent-Nygren, Nebraska Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) interim director, has been a trainer with the Nebraska LTAP since 2014 and focuses on all things Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways (MUTCD) including roadway safety, work zones, and traffic incident management. She also coordinates Nebraska LTAP’s communications and marketing. She assumed the role of interim director in August. Both her undergraduate degree in Agricultural Leadership, Education, and Communication and master’s degree in Community and Regional Planning are from the University of Nebraska. Megan and her husband George live on his family farm between Lincoln and Omaha and have two kids, Anne and Henry, and more chickens than anyone can count.
