The Heart of Iowa Regional Transit Agency (HIRTA) is building a task force to address the sustainability of public transit in central Iowa. Your participation in this initiative is vital to ensure the continued success of our transportation system. Join us for a 90-minute virtual meeting to learn how you can be involved.
The kick-off meeting is important to attend as we will provide an overview of HIRTA’s current funding structure, the challenges we face, and how you can contribute to shaping a sustainable path forward. Representatives from our seven-county region, including healthcare professionals, economic development staff, community stakeholders, and others will participate.
