Description

This one-hour webinar will offer the core message that artificial intelligence (AI) is a productivity partner helping engineers focus on high-value design and decision-making. The webinar will cover (1) AI fundamentals, prompt engineering, and using AI to improve everyday efficiency; (2) smarter design and planning, specifications and standards look-ups, technical writing, and quality assurance (QA); and (3) demonstration on how to use AI to solve problems on transportation-related projects.

Speaker Bio

Connor Peterson is a Civil Engineering graduate from the University of Iowa and works as a water and wastewater engineer at MSA Professional Services. In this role, he designs water and wastewater infrastructure, works with municipalities to ensure environmental compliance, and collaborates with contractors during construction.

Beyond his engineering work, Connor is a key contributor to MSA’s AI Task Force, a small group focused on advancing artificial intelligence across the company in sustainable and effective ways. He has a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex challenges and seeks ways to bring forward-thinking innovation to every project.
