About the research

The Minnesota DOT is contracting with a team of consultants led by Howard R. Green to conduct a detailed analysis of the long-term impacts of access management treatments on a section of Interstate 394 in the Twin Cities metropolitan area that was upgraded from an urban expressway to a full access control Interstate roadway.
