About the research

The objectives of this project is to identify the ITS needs of transit agencies; develop a statewide transit architecture consistent with the state and national architecture; and produce a deployment plan that will identify the costs and benefits of implementing and operating various ITS componentes and include a structured approach to deployment of ITS in transit systems.
