About the research

CTRE proposes to configure the Incident Location Tool software for operational deployment using the latest roadway inventory database provided and maintained by Delaware Department of Transportation. The base ILT configuration for Delaware State Police was completed in 2003, but since that time modifications to the data maintenance process have become necessary.
