  • cover, summary page, and table of contents
  • required statements (liability statement, rate agreement, disclosure statement)
  • required tables (level of effort, % time commitments, etc.); you give her the info, she’ll create the table
  • collecting and editing team members’ qualifications, accomplishments, resumes
  • combining all sections into one coherent proposal that meets NCHRP requirements
  • copying and sending required no. of copies to NCHRP, plus team members
