Info for proposals/presentations
Resumes, qualifications, and general InTrans info files have been placed on the S drive for wider availability. The path for the most up-to-date resumes and CVs is S:\(S) SHARE\_InTrans TEMPLATES\Resumes and CVs. See Judy Thomas (515-294-1866, jathomas@iastate.edu) for the most current boilerplate information.

- combining all sections into one coherent proposal that meets NCHRP requirements
- copying and sending required no. of copies to NCHRP, plus team members

- Polish writing to be clear, concise, and grammatically correct (avoid “negative credibility”!)
- Ensure plan meets RFP/NCHRP requirements
- Find holes and/or excessive redundancy in content
- Organize and display text to highlight critical points and facilitate understanding by different kinds of reviewers (e.g., skimmers versus detail readers)
