Marcia manages InTrans's publications group of writers, the webmaster, and student editors and graphic designers, overseeing the group's role as quality-control gatekeeper for InTrans's print and electronic communications. She develops and implements communications plans for InTrans's programs, focusing appropriate and effective communication materials, media, and strategies for various audiences from engineering professionals to highway and street crews, and oversees the production of more than 100 publications annually.
